Trivia: Huang Yiliang has openly said that he feels Huang Biren is the best local actress, giving her 81 marks for her acting; while Zoe Tay and Fann Wong each get 80 marks.

The 2 have collaborated in numerous dramas, the more notable ones include The Vagrant and Home in Toa Payoh.

黄碧仁：想念大家 但不急复出

From Shin Min Daily, interviewed when Biren attended the Star Awards:

黄碧仁2008年离开新传媒，目前在家专心相夫教子，昨晚她难得亮相，身材保持得宜，状态不错。

她接受访问时说："我蛮想念大家的，今天以颁奖人身份出席所以没有压力，我觉得当颁奖人也是一种提升。"

黄碧仁的小孩，一个11岁，一个3岁，最小的只有11个月，但她身材保持得很好，丝毫看不出是三个孩子的妈。

Huang Biren @ Star Awards 2011

Biren's outfit for the Star Awards 2011 on 17 April was widely praised by local media. Quoted from xinmsn :

The leggy evergreen actress showed off her stuff with an outfit from Diane Von Furstenberg (DFV). The short frock nicely framed her lean figure and showed off her elegance. Huang Biren may have retired from acting but her poise and fashion sense remains. DFV's signature avant garde vibrant prints took years off her actual age, leaving her with an invigorated and youthful look.
